Spun yarn prices are no more falling in India, where cotton prices have however continued declining in the last seven days. Exporters continue suffering from the relatively higher level of Indian cotton prices in dollar terms. Our weekly review of Indian yarn prices covers the domestic and export markets, including carded and combed cotton, poly-cotton, poly-viscose, 100% polyester, and 100% viscose. Major yarn production centers are covered with Tirupur (Tamil Nadu), Bhiwandi (Maharashtra) and Ludhiana (Punjab). Yarn prices are compared with fiber prices, and offering the latest trends of spinners' margins.
