Operating from 1,250–1,400 MHz with tuning voltage range of 0.5–4.5 Vdc, USSP1325-LF features phase noise of -100 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset while operating from 5 Vdc supply and drawing 25 mA typ. RoHS-compliant VCO provides output power of 3±3 dBm into 50 Ω load while operating over -40 to +85°C range. Supplied in 0.2 in. x 0.2 in. x 0.06 in. USSP package, VCO suppresses second harmonic to better than -15 dBc and covers the frequency range with tuning linearity of better than 1.1:1. Supplied in RoHs-compliant, 3 x 3 mm plastic SMT package, CMD185P3 has low noise figure of 1.9 dB and associated gain of +15 dB across 4–8 GHz bandwidth. LNA requires single positive supply of +4.0 V @ 75 mA and has output 1 dB compression point at +15 dBm. Suited for converter chains in communications systems where small size and low DC power consumption are required, product is 50 Ω matched on input and output ports.
