Rigid Shaft Couplings suit heavy-duty mixers and machinery.

2015-06-05 14:31:08| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today

Available in 1-, 2-, and 3-piece styles with straight-through bores or stepped bores for joining different size shafts, Stafford Heavy Duty Rigid Couplings are constructed to carry heavy torque loads in large equipment and process systems. Available with or without keyways, couplings come in ¾–6 in. ID sizes and are made from steel and stainless steel. Products can also be manufactured from other alloys and modified to customer specification.

EMT to FMC Transition Couplings help contractors conserve time.

2015-05-26 14:31:04| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today

Available in ½–2 in. in die cast zinc and 2 ½–4 in. in zinc plated steel, Mighty-Merge® EMT to FMC/Greenfield transition couplings provide dimensional flexibility when transitioning between raceways. Design negates need for contractors to assemble multiple fittings or mount box to transition between raceways. While EMT to FMC fittings (½–2 in.) are cULus Listed, EMT/Rigid to FMC fittings (2 ½–4 in.) are cETLus Listed.

Elastic Claw Couplings extend service life of drive systems.

2015-04-29 14:31:08| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today

Available in 10 sizes made of nodular cast iron, Flender N-Bipex Couplings feature optimized cam and elastomer geometry. Elastomers are available in 3 different shore hardnesses, and allow couplings to be used across temperature range of -50 to +100°C without compromising nominal torque. Adjacent cam ring made of high-grade polyurethane has facility for sufficient load dependent deformation, while remaining in designated position under all conditions, resulting in minimized wear.
