Toll Brothers acquired the 1.25-acre site from the Cohen Cos., developer of the Loree Grand at 250 K St. NE, in May 2013 for $30.1 million. Last October, the Horsham, Pennsylvania-based Toll Brothers earned zoning commission approval for a two-phase project, one phase with 296 units and the second with 229, in addition to more than 16,000 square feet of retail.

The CII project enables technology companies, industry stakeholders and software developers to collaborate on the identification and funding of critical open source projects in need of assistance.

NV Energy Foundation gives WNC $25,000 grant

Western Nevada College's Applied Industrial Technology program, which saw a 50 percent increase in student enrollment between 2014 and 2015, will begin renovations to expand its current facility, thanks to a $25,000 grant from the NV Energy Foundation.
