Canadian Natural Resources Ltd. says it's reducing its 2015 capital spending plan by $2.4 billion or nearly 30 per cent as a result of low oil prices, which have dropped dramatically since CNRL's original plan was announced in November. Canadian Natural says it will defer about $470 million of spending for the Kirby oilsands project and reduce drilling at its North American and international conventional oil and gas operations.
