(Telecompaper) The Austrian Telecommunications Control Commission (TKK) at the regulatory authority RTR has decided on non-compliance of the tariffs Passt! at T-Mobile Austria's discount brand Telering with the EU roam-like-at-home (RLAH)  regulation. TKK banned the application of surcharges under the tariffs for data roaming services.
