In a deal valued at $1.4 billion, The Mosaic Company has purchased CF Industries' phosphate properties, including the a warehouse and shipping facility for bulk phosphate product at Port Tampa Bay; CF's 22,000 acre phosphate mine and beneficiation plant in Hardee County; and it's Plant City phosphate plant.
