Meat Market Update | Out-front sales jumpstart total sales

Total sales were at 7,527 loads, which was a big jump of over 1,100 loads. The out-front sales led the jump with a whopping 1,969 loads sold which was a 1,059 increase. This was an extremely large number at a time of the year when out-front sales are relatively low, but meat buyers are obviously starting to lock more product up.
