Spirit Airlines announced Thursday it would begin flying twice a day to and from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport starting April 14. On the same day, Allegiant Air announced it would begin linking Las Vegas with Oklahoma City, St. Louis and San Antonio. Allegiant says its nonstop flights will be available twice a week starting Nov. 5 from Oklahoma City and St. Louis and Nov. 6 from San Antonio.
