For our activities in ESTEC, we are currently looking for a Facility Management Administrator. Tasks and Responsibilities The Service Administrator reports to the Head of the General Support Section and is responsible for the following Technical support tasks Daily supervision and monitoring of services Financial and contractual control of the services provided Support section members on the planning, coordination and execution of evolution activities such as the restaurant and building extensions Dealing with customers for complex service requests that cannot be directly handled by the individual service contractors Coordinate the sectional activities for the preparation of special events on the ESTEC site Investigating customer feedbacks and complaints Supporting customer surveys and analysis of their results. Administrative support tasks Setup, facilitate and draft minutes for coordination meetings Followup procurement actions. Requirements As successful candidate you should have a Master Degree in a relevant discipline and at least 4 years of working experience in Facility Management or Service Management. Furthermore you should bring the following Good and proven organisational skills Good interpersonal skills Experience in management support or control functions Good knowledge of basic MS Office software Excel, Word, Power Point, Lotus Notes Knowledge of ESTECESA is an asset.
