For our activities in ESAC, we are currently looking for a Facility Management Engineer. Tasks and Responsibilities The Key Person will have the following tasks Initiating, coordinating and delivering studies and projects aiming at Site improvement Providing expert advice for the condition of the Site infrastructure Liaising with companies authorities for the coordination of specialised projects Assisting the Site Manager in the preparation, organization and execution of the Investments Plan and the Annual Work Plan Identifying areas in the Maintenance Operations and Services domain where training would be beneficial for the Site personnel prepare a plan for its execution and propose it to the Site Manager for approval. Requirements The Key Person shall have a Master degree or equivalent in in a relevant Engineering discipline and the experience and skills specified hereafter Experience and specialization in FM Excellent planning and organisational skills Problem solving abilities Relationship management capacity Customer focus Excellent knowledge of the Office suite. Fluency in the English language is imperative proficiency level. Working knowledge of the Spanish language is necessary B1 level to be acquired within the first year. Shafer Jr. transferred to mental facility

The transfer of Claude Delmus Shafer Jr. from the Rappahannock-Shenandoah-Warren Regional Jail to Central State Hospital in Petersburg has been completed more than two months after Circuit Judge Dennis L. Hupp ordered it. Shafer, who is facing the possibility of the death penalty in a capital murder case, was sent to Central State on Friday, three days after one of his attorneys sent a letter to Central State's admission officer asking that Shafer be transferred Shafer, 37, of Edinburg, is accused of fatally stabbing and robbing Phyllis Kline, 65, of 14887 Old Valley Pike in her Edinburg home in June 2013.
