EMC Metals Closes Common Share Private Placement

EMC Metals Corp. completed a private placement of 5,534,411 common shares at a price of C$0.085 per share for gross proceeds of C$470,425.

The shares were priced at $15 each, and the offer is scheduled to close June 17, the company said.

Each Unit is comprised of one flow-through common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant.

Proceeds will fund the companys exploration and development program, Contact said.

The placement was closed May 30, the company said.
