Proposal and Procurement Officer Key Tasks and Responsibilities You will be responsible for the preparation of competitive financial, legal and administrative proposal parts and preparation and execution of tenders with a full set of subcontractors including Analysis and annotation of tender documentation in terms of financial, legal and administrative issues Clarification of various tender issues e.g. taxes, duties, customs, insurances, export control, transportation, financial guarantees, foreign currencies, etc. Pricing and project calculation Preparation of financial, legal and administrative proposal parts in close cooperation with the EUMETSAT bid team and under consideration of DLR GfR internal requirements Preparation and execution of requests for proposals Financial and contractual management of the subcontractors incl. negotiations Analysis of tender documentation Schedule management Contractual knowledge Export and Import Control. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience Excellent knowledge and experience in the areas of financial, administrative and legal proposal preparation Sound knowledge of procurement and subcontractor management incl. negotiations Good communication skills Fluency in English and German is required.
