More voices added to lawsuit against Kirkland auto dealer

About a dozen former employees and customers of a local auto dealership group have added their voices to a pair of 2014 lawsuits alleging wage theft and discrimination against the business. The lawsuits, filed in October 2014, target Toyota of Kirkland, which is one of 12 dealerships in the O'Brien Auto Group, which includes businesses from Tacoma to Marysville.

Hanesbrands withdraws trademark lawsuit against Gildan

Winston-Salem-based Hanesbranes Inc. has withdrawn its trademark infringement lawsuit against Canadian sportswear company Gildan Activewear Inc. that claimed Gildan's use of TEMPFX infringes on Hanesbrands' X-Temp trademark. spokesman Matt Hall confirmed Friday that the suit was withdrawn and that the "matter has been resolved to our satisfaction."
