Offered in 6 x 6 mm QFN-40 package, XR10910 connects multiple bridge sensors to MCU or FPGA with embedded ADC. Integrated sensor interface analog front end calibrates sensor outputs, provides 14-bit signal path linearity, and offers onboard 16:1 differential multiplexer, offset correction DAC, programmable gain instrumentation amplifier, and voltage reference. Independent offset value can be set for each of 16 differential inputs, and users can select from 8 fixed-gain settings (2–760 V/V).

With sub-millimeter distance change capability, analog model measures height and fill levels, complementing presence or absence capability of discrete model. Teach mode has been added to discrete sensor, enabling detection of clear objects without need for retroreflector. Discrete sensor can also determine whether object is present at correct distance and if object is correct.
