Newmar 'Blazing a New Trail' at Dealer Meeting

Amidst a variety of Newmar Corp.'s high-end Class A motorhomes, the Nappanee, Ind.-based manufacturer hosted an opening night reception Wednesday to kick off its dealer meetings at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tenn. Being billed as "Blazing a new Trail," the three-day conference continues today as Newmar is expected to roll out a number of new features, floorplans and innovations as part of its 2016 product lineup unveiling.

Diamond RV Techs Complete Newmar School

Westfield, Mass.-based Diamond RV Centre Inc. announced that two of its technicians, Ed Bolduc and Jeramy Smith, have been recognized by Newmar Corp. for completing the company's bi-annual dealer service school in Nappanee, Ind. In addition, Bolduc was awarded first place ranking in the program which had over 170 technicians from all over the country.

Top Debuts: Newmar Revamps London Aire

In development for nearly 16 months, Newmar's London Aire - a nameplate last seen eight years ago - was brought back for 2015, though the former company flagship is now positioned as an "entry-level" coach for Newmar's 600-hp diesel-pusher lineup. "What we wanted to do for 2015 was develop a product at the entry level of the 600-hp price-point - a more value-priced, affordable 600-hp luxury motorhome," said John Sammut, Newmar's vice president of sales and marketing.
Newmar Donates $25K to RV Learning Center

Newmar Corp., with a recent gift of $25,000, has donated $210,000 toward its pledge of $260,000 to the Mike Molino RV Learning Center. Newmar's pledge amount and sustained giving keeps the Nappanee, Ind.-based manufacturer's name at the top of the Major Donors category of giving on the current contributor list .
