Columbia Sportswear has reported a net loss of US$50.7m, while both HanesBrands and Crocs have booked profit increases, despite a fall in sales. Elsewhere, Steve Madden has recorded a 68.2% drop in revenue.

Kontoor Brands has reported a net loss of US$33.3m amid a sales slump of 43%, while Wolverine World Wide has posted second-quarter results that CEO Blake Krueger said were much stronger than expected. Elsewhere, footwear maker Weyco has booked a net loss of US$8.9m, while losses at Columbia Sportswear amounted to $50.7m.
