FAA provided North Dakota Department of Commerce team with Certificate of Waiver or Authorization (COA) to begin using Draganflyer X4ES small UAS at its Northern Plains UAS Test Site. Team plans to begin flight operations during week of May 5, and goals include checking soil quality and crops status as well as collecting safety-related operational data.
