Under pressure by America's top steel producers, the federal government has launched dual investigations into allegations of steel dumping by five other nations. The U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Administration announced June 24 that they had launched antidumping duty and countervailing duty investigations of imports of corrosion-resistant steel products from China, India, Italy, Korea and Taiwan.
