An up-and-coming eastern suburbs Sydney real estate agent has been jailed for more than two years after he twice sexually assaulted a young woman inside her Sydney apartment. Alexander Elmowy was given a maximum sentence of four years by Judge Ian McClintock in the Sydney District Court over the attacks on the woman that occurred in April and June of 2013.

Four men are in jail in connection with an armed robbery attempt on Easter, April 5, at an ATM machine in Midland. Officers from the Midland Police Department were dispatched about 9:05 p.m. Sunday to a Dow Chemical Employees Credit Union ATM located in the 3700 block of North Saginaw for a report of an attempted armed robbery.

A Georgia trash collector will spend 30 days in jail because he showed up to work two hours before he was supposed to. Kevin McGill, who works for the private company Waste Management Inc, showed up a few minutes after 5am one morning to pick up trash in Sandy Springs, WABC reports.
