Your Tasks Include As a member of the Data Services team, the key person shall provide system architecture engineering support primarily for maintenance and evolution but also for routine operations. The particular focus of this post is in the area of archive systems. In particular the tasks include in order of importance Maintenance performing unit and nonregression testing performing the acceptance and integration of externally developed software maintaining existing system and software documentation analysing system and software anomalies designing system and software correctionsenhancements providing advice and guidance with respect to maintenance issues Evolution supporting the generation and analysis of user requirements specifying system, software and tool requirements prototyping system, software and tool enhancements designing system, software and tool enhancements supporting the development of system, software and tool enhancements supporting the integration, verification and validation testing generating and maintaining technical documentation o system design and design justification documents o interface control documents o verification test plans, test cases and procedures o maintenance procedures participating in technical meetings and formal reviews Routine Operations performing configuration changes deploying new software releases supporting verification and validation testing providing secondline support providing oncall support providing training to the operations analysts and controllers In the performance of these tasks, the key person shall follow the relevant operations change management and maintenance procedures.
