A boy killed by a freight train early Monday in Hanford was identified by the Kings County Coroner as Manuel Luna, 16. Luna was struck by the Burlington Northern Santa Fe train near 11th Avenue and Ivy Street about 2 a.m. while trying to cross the tracks.
