"It will leverage Singtel Group Enterprise's assets and market presence to broaden its overall security portfolio and address the fast growing emerging security market opportunity in the Asia Pacific region," Singtel said in a statement.

Entertainment have created a joint venture start-up called 'HOOQ', to offer a regional over-the-top (OTT) video service in Asia. HOOQ will deliver Hollywood blockbusters and TV series, as well as local movies and programmes to customers anytime, anywhere by enabling them to stream and download shows on their device or platform of choice.
