According to an arrest warrant, 29-year-old Joesph Christopher Jordan, of U.S. 74, Rockingham, forged another man's signature on a credit card acceptance form for Eastman Chemical Company on purchases made between Feb. 26, 2014 and Jan. 14 of this year. Charging the unauthorized purchases to the victim's BB&T Visa credit card, Jordan bought two rolls of Llumar window tint and Llumar precision cut software from CPFilms, Inc. - a subsidiary of Eastman Chemical Company - at a cost of $867.12, the warrant shows.

Nevada County Deputies have identified the Nevada boy killed by a Union Pacific train early Sunday evening near Farad, California. The accident happened just after 5:15 p.m. near Farad along Interstate 80. Investigators say 13-year-old Anthony William Schafer of Sun Valley tried to cross the train tracks on a bridge when he was struck by the train.

Jackson Co. deputies searching for armed, dangerous robbery suspects

The Jackson County Sheriff's Office is looking for suspects believed to be armed and dangerous in connection with a home invasion that happened in Bridgeport early Monday morning. Officials say several shots were fired inside the Normandy Apartments in the 2100 block of 5th Street in Bridgeport during the incident.

A man who was removed from a Southwest Airlines flight because he was intoxicated was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest when he fought with deputies trying to help him rebook his flight Tuesday, according to the Albany County Sheriff's Office. Matthew P. Maioriello, 31, of Burnt Hills was taken into custody after a 5:30 p.m. incident at Albany International Airport.

Deputies: Rochester man steals from Abercrombie, threatens to shoot employee

Sheriff's deputies in Ontario County say a Rochester man was arrested after he stole from Abercrombie & Fitch and threatened an employee. According to investigators, 26-year-old Cory Thompson stole $2696 of clothing from the Abercrombie & Fitch clothing store in Eastview Mall on November 10. We're told Thompson threatened to shoot an employee as he was leaving the store, but did not display a weapon.
