A Vancouver man was reportedly driving too fast on an icy Oregon freeway when he lost control and rolled a United Parcel Service double tractor-trailer this morning. As Odell Thomas, 55, approached traffic slowing ahead of him on Interstate 84 east in The Dalles, Ore., and lost control of the tractor-trailer, which went off the road into the median and rolled over, said senior Oregon State Police Trooper Mike Holloran.
