Jay Glick, former president and CEO of Lufkin Industries, has been named to CHI St. Luke Health's board of directors. CHI St. Luke's Health announced Jan. 13 that John Glick, former president and CEO of Lufkin Industries Inc., has joined the system's board of directors effective Jan. 5. Glick retired in 2013 from his role as CEO of Lufkin Industries after Fairfield, Connecticut-based General Electric announced it would acquire Lufkin Industries for $3.3 billion to bolster its artificial lift technologies.
