Suitable for product decoration, FlexiCure UV LED curable inks are formulated for minimal maintenance, trouble-free printing, and to fully cure when exposed to 395 mm from at least 4 W LED light source. Abrasion- and scratch-resistant product, which offers durability via 2-year outdoor performance rating, adheres to flexible materials, pressure sensitive vinyl, reinforced banner, canvas, and fabric. Ink comes in cyan, magenta, yellow, black, light colors, white, varnish, and custom colors.

With max curing power of 18 W/cm² and speeds up to 100 m/min, Magic Carpet System facilitates task of developing and testing new UV LED ink formulations. Sample tray, driven by linear actuator, is passed under UV array in precise, controlled, and repeatable manner. UV output and sample tray speed can be separately adjusted by set increments as required. Height adjustable from 5-25 mm, system can accommodate EIT radiometer for precise UV power measurement.
