Minimizing power dissipation in high channel count applications, XR1008/XR2008 single/dual amplifiers offer 75 MHz bandwidth while consuming 505 µA supply current, while XR1009/XR2009 provide 35 MHz at 208 µA. All 4 devices support inputs that extend 300 mV beyond negative supply voltage and provide rail-to-rail outputs. Slew rates and input voltage noise are specified at 50 V/µs and 12 nV/√Hz for Models XR1008/XR2008 and 27 V/µs and 21 nV/√Hz for Models XR1009/XR2009. This family operatesfrom a single supply voltage as low as 1.8V, whiledrawing 20μA (typical) quiescent current. In addition,the MCP6231/1R/1U/2/4 family supports rail-to-railinput and output swing, with a common mode inputvoltage range of VDD + 300mV to VSS– 300mV.These op amps are designed in one of Microchip’sadvanced CMOS processes.
