Equipped with 400 W light head containing 54 Bridgelux LEDs that produce 963 lm each, Model LM-15-5-4S-400W-LED delivers approximately 52,000 lm. Light boom extends to height of 15 ft, collapses to 5 ft, and rotates 360°. Mast is elevated to full height using included 600 lb hand winch with 3/16 in. galvanized cable. Light mast is typically mounted to trailers or other stable surfaces by 15 x 13 in., ¼ in. thick mounting baseplate which has been pre-drilled to accept six ¾ in. anchor bolts.
Pneumatic Light Tower utilizes 16 LED light heads.

With Model LM-50-5S-TLR-16X400LTL-LED, operators can deploy sixteen 400 W LED light heads to elevations up to 50 ft. Each light head contains 54 Bridgelux LEDs producing 963 lm each and paired with high-purity optics to deliver 25° wide spot beam. Pneumatic light tower, featuring hydraulic ram upright assist, is mounted on 21 x 8 ft tandem axle trailer and folds over for transport. Seven-stage unit is constructed of heat-treated aluminum tubing with 2.69 ft of overlap per section.

Housed in 5.7 x 6.4 x 1.3 mm package, Osram Ostar Stage LED is equipped with four 2 mm² chips that can handle up to 4.5 A each. Thin-film chips in red and UX:3 chips in green, blue, and white are used. With binning current of 1.4 A, red chips achieve typical values of 140 lm, while green chips achieve 280 lm. Deep blue chip provides light output of 1.8 W. Thanks to C2 ceramic converter, white chip achieves brightness of more than 1,000 lm and has lifetime of 20,000 hours at full output.
