Inner NE Sewer Extension Construction Update: September 9, 2014

As part of the City of Portlands effort to provide properties with sewer connections that comply with city code, Environmental Services continues construction on the Inner NE Sewer Extension project. This project will also help protect public health, property, and the environment by increasing the capacity of the public sewer system, reducing the potential for basement backups, and reducing the likelihood of emergency maintenance work in the future.

Fanno and Tryon Creeks Outfall Repair Projects: Construction Ongoing on Fanno Creek project, expected in mid-September on Tryon Creek project

Environmental Services is nearly complete with one of two stormwater outfall repair projects in SW Portland. These projects will improve stream health in Fanno and Tryon Creeks by reducing erosion, managing invasive species and restoring native plants.
