For lower force applications, pencil probe-style SPECTO Series includes two 1 Vpp, 12 mm stroke length variants. Model with weak spring provides 0.4 N of gauging force, while model without spring applies 0.2 N of force over entire measuring length. Additionally, both 12 mm stroke SPECTO and ACANTO length gauges offer accompanying IP67 version, enabling operation in dirty shop environments.

NEMA Business Conditions Gauges decline in December.

NEMA's Electroindustry Business Conditions Index (EBCI) for current conditions in North America declined to 50.0 in December. While one quarter of panelists reported conditions improved during said month, same share reported they declined. December's EBCI for future North American conditions remained above 50-point break even mark but declined to 65. Half of panelists expect business environment to improve over next 6 months versus 20% who expect it to decline.
