Used for kettle scraper blades, impellor parts, and pump valves, TECAFORM® UD blue, TECAFORM® FG blue, and HYDEX® 4101 UD blue help overcome innate invisibility of plastic to screening devices such as X-ray machines and metal detectors which are commonly used in food production. Extensive testing of HYDEX® 4101 UD blue found product to be 100% detectable in pieces as small as 4 mm and 99.5% detectable in pieces as small as 3 mm.
