Within Marketing, the EMarketing Coordinator is responsible for the daytoday operations of SESs emarketing platform, as well as being the CRM Marketing power user. Heshe plays a key role, supporting the carrying out of emarketing campaigns, dispatching incoming enquiries, managing 3rd party agencies and ensuring the campaigns fulfill the business and marketing objectives. Additionally heshe provides training and support for the regional marketing teams and other product service marketing functions. Responsibilities Provide emarketing platform and methodology for central and regional email campaigns Liaise with the SAP CRM team to optimise the system for Marketing Support email campaigns as required, including event registration process Interface and coordinate the information flow with key internal stakeholders Manage 3rd party agencies to carry out emarketing tasks and activities Work closely with the Web Coordinator to ensure campaigns turn into online conversions Provide regular and accurate reports on emarketing performance to demonstrate ROI Assist in other tasks as required Experience Qualifications A degree in Marketing, Design or related field Knowledge and experience of CRM direct marketing Awareness of online marketing techniques Emailing, Web conversion, Analytics Having worked 3 years in a similar role Having B2B experience is considered an asset Fluency in English native speaker preferred, other languages highly desirable French, German Excellent project management skills, demonstrating attention to detail and quality control Needs to be serviceminded, selfsufficient, and possess a strong cando attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Have negotiation and persuasion skills, and be able to manage expectations effectively Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and impart knowledge to others Good copy writing skills are considered an asset CMS, XHTML and CSS knowhow Be passionate about data quality and adopting, as well as adapting, processes procedures Travel on occasion to meet with local stakeholders and agencies Our Offer Competitive salary package, coupled with a diverse array of challenges and development benefits. Copernicus Space Segment Engineering Coordinator J2894 Summary An experienced and knowledgeable engineering project officermanager is required to support ESA within their Space Segment Office. Objective To support the coordination of all activities within the remit of the Copernicus Space Segment Programme and in coordination with and via the GMES Space Office EOPE related to the interface with the European Commission.
