Monocrystalline CS6K is offered in 255, 260, and 265 W power classes, while polycrystalline CS6K comes in 250 and 255 W power classes. While efficiency on monocrystalline module is rated at 16.19%, polycrystalline module efficiency is rated at 15.58%.
