The French government could be about to stop free public WiFi during a state of emergency and ban anonymous browsing as a result of last month's terror attacks France's government is considering banning public WiFi and anonymous browsing in response to the attacks in Paris last month . The document suggests Francois Hollande's administration wants to "forbid free and shared Wi-Fi connections" because they are harder to track.

An average of 20,000 users each month have embraced Canberra's free public Wi-Fi, despite delays in the rollout which will push back the city-wide completion date by eight months. Canberra city, Braddon, New Acton and EPIC have active external Wi-Fi transmitters, while more than 40 CBRfree Wi-Fi hotspots also provided access for certain businesses in suburbs including Weston Creek and the Woden and Tuggeranong town centres.

Cobb & Douglas Public Health to Offer Free STD Testing

Cobb & Douglas Public Health , in partnership with Someone Cares, Inc. of Atlanta, will be offering free STD testing on April 30 in observance of National STD Awareness Month. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention , Georgia's 2013 State Health Profile showed an increase in STD infection rates and the state now ranks 1st among the 50 states for infection rate of primary and secondary syphilis; Georgia is currently ranked 5th among the 50 states in the number of HIV diagnoses.
