CP Rail reaches tentative six-year deal with Brotherhood of Railway Carmen/TCU

CALGARY, Alberta - Canadian Pacific is pleased to announce that a tentative six -year agreement has been reached with the Brotherhood of Railway Carmen , a division of the Transportation and Communications Union/International Association of Machinists. The BRC represents employees on its wholly owned subsidiary, Soo Line Railroad Company.

Double delays: 2 Staten Island Railway station projects pushed back again

On the East Shore, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority has pushed back the opening of the rehabilitated Grasmere stationhouse for a third time. Originally slated to open in April 2013, the MTA now plans to complete work by November -- two years and seven months behind schedule.

De Blasio concerned about delay of Staten Island Railway projects

Railway crossing upgrades to cause closures

An upgrade to rail crossings in the city by Canadian Pacific Railway will result in the temporary closures of the below listed roads, over the next two weeks. Road closure and detour signs will be posted at each location.
