Now that we're a few weeks removed from Valve's Steam Machine announcement, we've had enough time to let the implications of its three-tiered approach to living room PC gaming sink in. If you think it's not the best idea and Valve has gone a little crazy, the saving grace of the Steam Machine is supposed to be its ability to stream games from your regular gaming PC to any TV. Details were kept under wraps, but the new Steam beta update reveals tidbits of info that shows Valve is headed in the right direction.
