The successful candidate will support the Assembly, Integration and Testing of Prime Science Projects including BepiColumbo, Solar Orbiter and LISA Pathfinder. You will be responsible for the allocation of operational Mechanical team resources across projects, and overseeing the development and deployment of mechanical Integration and test methods and processes across projects. You will be responsible for managing a team of mechanical AIT engineers, carrying out appraisals, administration, training and recruitment of new staff. You may also support technical discussions around all mechanical aspects across projects.
