Housed in Pb-free 4 x 4 mm ceramic package, Model CMD203C4 operates from DC to 20 GHz with isolation of 40 dB at 10 GHz. RoHS-compliant MMIC switch includes integrated binary decoder circuits that only require 2 logic inputs to control 4 output state. Switch control is accomplished with voltage logic levels of 0/-5 V, with logic circuitry consuming less than 1 mA of DC current.
