RAPID CITY, S.D. - Rapid City-based Black Hills Corp. says its utility subsidiary has received approval from the Arkansas Public Service Commission to purchase SourceGas Holdings LLC. Company officials say Black Hills Utility Holdings and SourceGas filed the joint application with the Arkansas commission on Aug. 10. Black Hills Corp. expects to close the acquisition in the first quarter of 2016. Financial details weren't given.
