Conventional seed planting is on the rise, a trend driven by tight margins. (Read our recent story.) Will you trend toward more conventional seed in order to keep costs down? Or will you stick with stacks and traited hybrids? Take our latest poll and let us know what percentage of your acres will be conventional versus genetically modified hybrids.   All of my acres will be genetically modified corn seed. More than 75% of my acres will be genetically modified corn. 50-75% of my corn acres will be genetically modified corn. 25-50% of my corn acres will be genetically modified corn. General Mills to close U.K. mixes and dough plant

General Mills, Inc. said it has completed its review of the proposed closing of its manufacturing facility in Berwick, United Kingdom, and has decided to close the plant by this fall. The company had announced a proposal to close the Berwick facility on Oct. 29, 2015, but the proposal was subject to consultation with employee representatives and union officials.
