We are recruiting heavily due to expansion across a number of skill sets. We are keen to point out that previous experience in Space is not essential to be a consideration for this role. The GSF project requires experienced test analysts to join a small team of testers for the Galileo GSF Elements. The role will suit a person who also has experience of the testing lifecycle and the processes, and should be able to contribute to the testing activities. The Galileo Security Facility GSF is intended to provide an interface between EU member states and the Galileo core system for the management of the Galileo service and Galileo Security Monitoring. This is an exciting opportunity to play a part in the development of Galileo, Europes satellite navigation system. Candidates should be capable of quickly picking up new concepts as the system is large and complicated, working to high standards of quality, and to agreed timescales either independently or as part of a team Essential Skills Experience of the testing lifecycle Test caseprocedure preparation and management Test exectution and captureinvestigation of failures. Using an observation reporting tool, e.g. Mantis, Good verbal and written skills, Ability to communicate at all levels Desirable Skills Software system assembly, integration and configuration management ISEBISTQB Qualified Quick learner, ability to learn complex system and a range of testing tools.
