US: K-Swiss shareholders approve E-Land buyout

K-Swiss shareholders have approved the US$170m sale of the California-based footwear manufacturer to South Korean apparel conglomerate E-Land. Following the merger, K-Swiss will be an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of E-Land. It expects the deal to close on or around 30 April.
