UFBG-602/XXX utilizes high-speed SPDT&N and SPST switches and 2 bias power supplies. While SPDT&N (T4F152A05/5) changes biases in 150 nS, equally from +Vb to -Vb and vice versa, SPST (D3F152A1/5) switch discharges excess energy accumulated in output capacitance that occurred while +Vb was applied.
