Meat Market Update | Boxed Beef Volume Continues Higher

The total reported boxed beef volume was 7,281 loads, 155 loads higher than the previous week. It also is the second week in a row with a volume above 7,000 loads. The total sales continued to improve as retailers purchased product to refill shelves after Fathers Day, which means retailers had pretty good sales for the big grilling weekend. read more
