Infiniium 90000 X-Series includes 6 mixed-signal oscilloscope (MSO) models with DDR triggering mode as well as 13 GHz DSO and DSA models. Integrated digital channels of MSO models can function at 20 or 10 GSPS in 8- or 16-channel configurations, respectively. Offering 70 MHz to 33 GHz of analog bandwidth, MSOs have up to 400 million points of data capture behind each digital channel.
