Business Process Architect The Netherlands, The Hague PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES KEY RESULT AREAS Lead the process conversation across the multiple departments of SES to produce BPMN maps and supporting process documentation required to improve the crossfunctional interaction across the business. Help the BPM team to establish process governance across the organization. Act as an internal consultant to the individual process owners to integrate the operation of their teams into the CX and EA frameworks of SES. Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key views of the organization. Help develop and capture Key Performance Indicators across the multiple departments of the organization to drive the operation towards a data driven environment. Define and lead process reengineering initiatives to help the company drive towards a customer centered operation. Translate business requirements into project plans and action items aligned with the corporate objectives of SES. Regular interaction with other BPM team members to ensure all documentation is aligned and at the highest quality standard. Define and document in the shape of Functional Allocation Diagrams the data shared across the enterprise and the relationships between those data. COMPETENCIES Strong customer focus Able to recognize structural issues and potential risk within the organization, functional interdependencies and crosssilo redundancies Able to apply architectural principles to business solutions. Able to assimilate and correlate disconnected documentation and drawings, and articulate their collective relevance to the organization and to highpriority business issues Able to visualize and create highlevel and detailed models that can be used in future analysis to extend and mature the business process architecture Good knowledge of BPMN and process modeling tools Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations Good project management skills to drive initiatives from planning to execution Able to act as a strong partner to Enterprise Architecture Business Solutions IT conveying information needs of the business. Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus Strong situational analysis and decisionmaking abilities QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in business, IT or related field backed Minimum of 37 years relevant experience documenting processes and driving process reengineering initiatives. A broad, enterprisewide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance Experience using modelbased representations that can be adjusted as required to collect, aggregate or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business Experience modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques, knowledge of BPM, BPMN and eTOM preferred Experience working with business process modeling tools such as ARIS preferred.
