" For the second day in a row, a freight train has derailed in the Midwestern state of Wisconsin. Canadian Pacific Railway says an eastbound train carrying crude oil derailed around 2 p.m. Sunday in Watertown in the southeastern part of the state.

Bruce Heine, a spokesman for Magellan Midstream Partners, said in an email Friday that the oil was released about 6 p.m. Thursday from a Magellan pipeline that stretches from Enid to Ponca City.
