Industrial Careers Pathway® (ICP) initiative promotes awareness of power transmission/motion control industry as well as careers therein. To help, 63 organizations and individuals have funded PTDA Foundation's Vanguard Campaign; contributions totaling nearly $188,000 kicked off 2015 Fund Drive (currently in progress) that seeks to raise $345,000 in 2015. Funding helps ICP address future workforce at career/job fairs and technical tradeshows as well as via social media channels and website.
