We are currently looking for a EPSSG System Technical Requirements Coordinator to support our customer in Germany. EPSSG System Technical Requirements Coordinator Key Tasks and Responsibilities Our customer is a European organisation providing weather and climaterelated satellite data, images and products for its users. In this role you will have the following responsibilities Define and maintain the system specification tree and baseline Analyse new versions of lower level technical documents Act as book captain for the System Requirements Document SRD Maintain the traceability of system requirements to higher and lower level specifications using DOORs Provide support to establishment and documentation of an internal change control process for system requirements Provide support for the preparation and execution of internal and external reviews Prepare inputs for the Configuration Control Board CCB Ensure system level technical specifications adhere to the configuration management plan CMP and documentation management plans DMP. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in the domain of engineering, science, or equivalent Working experience in the field of engineering of space andor ground system Requirements management Writing technical requirements preferably to ECSS standards Establishing and maintaining traceability between different levels of technical specifications LowEarth Orbiting satellites LEO and with DOORs would be an asset Excellent organisational and communication skills both written and verbal Fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of another European language is an advantage. Description The activities for this consultancy will focus on coordination of the system technical baseline and specifications. The activity requires one key person for the duration of the consultancy contract. The tasks and responsibilities of the key person to be undertaken during the EPSSG Phase B will typically include the following Define and maintain the system specification tree and baseline. Profile The key person shall have the following experience and background University degree in the domain of engineering, science, or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in the field of engineering of space andor ground system. Experience of requirements management using formal configuration control proceduresprocesses. Experience of writing technical requirements preferably to ECSS standards Experience of establishing and maintaining traceability between different levels of technical specifications. The following experience would be additional assets Experience in the area of LowEarth Orbiting satellites LEO. Experience with DOORs. The key person shall be able to fulfil the assigned tasks with a minimum of supervision, have a systematic approach to work, be able to plan hisher work and to cope with tight schedules and multiple tasks. Heshe shall have the capability to write accurate and consistent technical documentation. Good communication skills verbal and written are important.
